At OM PET SHOP, we ensure a safe and convenient payment experience for all our customers. Please read our payment terms carefully before placing an order.

✅ Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

Online Payments – Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected locations/orders.

📌 Payment Terms

Order Confirmation – Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD).

Cash on Delivery – Customers opting for COD must provide accurate delivery details. Refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.

Secure Transactions – All online payments are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card/banking details.

💲 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

In case of order cancellation or payment failure, the amount (if deducted) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders, if cancelled before dispatch, will not incur any charges.
