📦 Return & Refund Policy

At OM PET SHOP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

 

✅ Return Policy

Return Window – You can place a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return –

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items –

Personal care items (e.g., grooming products, opened food packets).

Items purchased during clearance or special sales.

Opened or partially used pet food.

 

💳 Refund Policy

Mode of Refund –

For online payments (UPI, card, net banking), the refund will be credited to the same account within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Shipping Charges – Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable. Only the product value will be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products –

If the product is delivered damaged/defective, an unboxing video/photo proof is required.

A full refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.
